Tom's proposal to do a study of the early accounts of the Underground Railroad has been accepted by Kickstarter, the non-profit foundation of Amazon.com. Kickstarter.com provides applicants with an opportunity and a forum to raise funds to support a project, whether it be to make a film, write a book, create art, compose music, or any other creative endeavor.
This study will involve issues covered in two papers that are available on this site, and which are linked in the menu on the left. This study will be the culmination of his work on the study of the Underground Railroad. It will, in his opinion, answer some of the unanswered questions about the extent and organization of the Underground Railroad, questions that most mainstream historians believe are unanswerable, or not worth pursuing.
